2 Double Rooms right by Roath lake

I'm Lian (27) and I'm looking for 2 young professionals (non smokers) to join me in this lovely lake-side apartment in Roath as my current flatmates will be moving out soon. I've been living here for 9 months now and am very happy I get to call this place home. 🩷

You’ll be living in double rooms (2 up for rent). The bed frames and wardrobes are included along with matching bedside tables.

The flat itself is located on Lake Road East, and is right in front of the lake and Roath Park (just across the street). The bus stop for 28 and 29 to city centre is conveniently right by the flat too. There's a shared living room with two comfy sofas, a big dining table and a tv. There's also a shared bathroom with a tub and a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. I rarely use the living room as I work different shifts but I do spend my time there when I can and feel like it so it wouldn't be a problem if you work from home and need the space.

Rent is £500 a month for each room, and bills come to around £130 (including water, utilities (summer months), wifi, tv license, council tax). The current move in date is July 1st, 2024.

A little bit about me, I'm a social person who enjoys hanging out but I also spend my time on my hobbies, I personally love dancing, painting, music, photography, writing, reading and going on walks.
