Double bedroom Canton/Victoria Park 600pcm

A spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Canton, next to Victoria Park, local shops, and cafes. The available double bedroom is furnished, and since only 2 of the three bedrooms are rented out, you effectively have your own bathroom. the third bedroom can be used for when guests stay. Bills, including council tax, are included. Little about me I enjoy cooking, although I'm not very good at it. I love outdoor activities like hiking and paddle boarding. Half of the week, in the evenings, I am out training. I have a cat who is very friendly and mostly goes on adventures outside. I like to keep the place tidy but I'm not uptight about it. I want people to feel comfortable in the place they live. I feel the house has a homily feel to it. I generally live a low-key lifestyle and am in bed by ten. lol. I'd like to get to know the person I live with and be able to communicate and co-habit well. I will be happy to show you around the house and have a cuppa to see if this is a place you want to call home.
