25/30 minute walk to city centre

House located right on the cycle lane into city centre (probably take about 10 minutes)

Both housemates in full time work.
I’m software engineer and the other housemate is a car salesman.

We’re pretty relaxed but like to keep a clean house and keep on top of everything so there’s no build up of mess (like dishes in the sink 😉)

Already been living here a year but looking for 2 more house mates to replace the two that are leaving.

Spent a fair bit on little things to tart the place up a bit over the year and we’ve got pretty much everything you need to live and cook etc etc.
