Double room in Roath

Two females looking for another female to join their houseshare. A double furnished room is available upstairs at the rear of the property. Shared spaces include: bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and garden. The house has 4 bedrooms but only 3 will be occupied. The spare room provides extra storage and a place for family and friends to stay when visiting.

The house is a stones throw from Roath rec and a 1 minute walk from all of the shops, pubs and restaurants on Albany and Wellfield Road. The nearest shop is Sainsburys at 1 minute walk away. There is a bus stop at the end of the street providing transport into town and many other locations. It also takes 20 minutes to walk into town from this location (Queen Street).

The house is not suitable for bicycle storage.

Bills are roughly £150 per month (WiFi, gas, electric, water, council tax).
