Room available in a house with garden and patio ( perfect for barbecue). The room is spacious and fully furnished with double bed wardrobe, and desk. Rent includes council tax and broadband. Bills not included are utility bills. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer fridge, dishwasher etc.
It is an end-terrace house in a safe and quiet street. It is walking distance to City Centre, Cardiff University Campus and 2 minutes walk to Cardiff Business School and 15 minutes to city centre. Want a person, clean, considerate and house proud. This is a quiet house and not suitable for unsociable hours of noisy activities. We want respectable applicants who will appreciate and respect rest of occupants in respect of privacy and maintaining a clean house.
