2 Rooms in House Share - Males Preferably

Social and friendly house on Atlantic wharf on schooner way in 4 bedroom duplex apartment.
Currently 2 professional guys living here, 2 housemates are moving out at the same time and 2 rooms available from July 1st. The 2 guys leaving are moving back home.
One room is a spacious en suite, the other is a cosy room with a double bed.
We work in finance and mental health and looking for someone who can move in July 1st. There is a designated parking space, 10 minute walk to town and 10 minutes to the bay. Lidl and local shops are a short walk away too.
