Mon-Fri let in city home

Hello 👋

My name is Dom, I'm a professional female with lots of hobbies.

My home (and potentially yours from Monday to Friday), is less than a ten minute walk from the city centre, a seven minute drive from Wales Millennium Centre down the Bay, close to all amenities, with free parking very close by. The garden is a (constant work in progress) sanctuary, providing a break from city life, which I hope you get to enjoy.

Your room is on the small side but with a double bed and tons (no exaggeration) of storage (shelving/ cupboards/ wardrobe space). The house is open plan and airy with books and a guitar, radio and TV for you to use at your leisure. Kitchen has the usual, but we’re close to city road which is buzzing with lots of decent and cheap eats for days when you want to eat out or order in.

I’m always up for a chat but will leave you do your thing- I can also work long hours so know how it feels when you’re spent on small talk 😃.

I’m active and social - so chances are you’ll have the place to yourself sometimes. Oh and I have a cat (who is barely here in the summer) - he’s called Mackerel and loves attention.

It is an old house, which has both its charm and quirks.

I work half from home and half in the office.
