Short-term let in bright +stylish city centre home

My name is Dom, I'm a professional female with lots of hobbies.

My home is in Adamsdown, less than a ten minute walk from the city centre, a seven minute drive from Wales Millennium Centre down Cardiff Bay, close to all amenities, with free parking very close by. Shops are just a few short minutes walk away.

Your double bedroom is comfy, on the small side but with tons (no exaggeration) of storage (shelving/ cupboards/ wardrobe space).

The house is open plan and airy with books and a guitar, radio and TV.

Kitchen has the usual amenities, and we’re close to city road which is buzzing with lots of decent and cheap eats for days when you want to eat out or order in.

I’m up for a chat but will leave you do your thing- I can also work long hours so know how it feels when you’re spent on small talk 😃.

I’m active and social and I have a cat - he’s called Mackerel and loves attention.

My home is an old house, which has both its charm and quirks. It’s not a perfect new build but I get good feedback from anyone who stays here.

I work half from home and half in the office. This would suit a professional (I have hosted many in the TV industry) looking for a short-term let. For stays longer than three weeks, I offer the option to help with cleaning, or for us to chip in for a cleaner, I think either option just ensures a peaceful and happy house.

I also rent another room for theatre professionals. These are sparse and they are always agreeable, and often working long hours so we barely see them.
