We have a lovely room available in our friendly house share, fully furnished with white IKEA furniture. The house is in a great location, with Roath Park and Wellfield Road a short walk away.
The house is well kept, with two bathrooms, a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, a separate living room and a garden.
Housemates are very friendly and are currently working in public affairs and insurance. They all work 9-5s, so looking for someone with a similar work pattern. This is not a party house, but everyone gets on and will chat in the kitchen. There might also be the occasional trip to the pub.
Happy to do in-person visits or video calls to show you around and speak to the current housemates. Room will be available on the 1st of August.
