Spare room on Whitchurch Rd Cardiff

Hi! We have a room available in a lovely house on Whitchurch Road. It’s a 4 bed house, with a 5th spare room which will be used as an extra shared space in the house. We’re hoping to turn this into a shared office/music room/laundry space so everyone can make use of and enjoy the extra space.

There is also a nicely sized living room with a dining table, the kitchen has lots of fridge/freezer space and there is both a full bathroom in the house and also an extra toilet room.

You will be living with me (23), a 2024 graduate from RWCMD, and two current students from the RWCMD, (final year UG, M21 and PG2, M25)
As we’re musicians, there will sometimes be noise in the house but we will restrict this to within agreed hours and I’m also very happy to give violin/piano lessons to the future tenant.

We keep to ourselves quite a lot but are also very up for doing things as a house! I’d love to find someone to have movie nights, or go for the occasional night out with. We’re really happy for you to bring guests to stay the night or have friends over and we want this home to be somewhere we all can enjoy living in.

Being on Whitchurch Road, the house is close to lots of amenities:
- Shops/cafes/restaurants on the street
- 15 mins from UHW
- 20mins from both Heath Park and Roath Park
- Bus route 9 into city centre/through to Cardiff Ice Rink can be boarded on the street

Council Tax Band D, which I will also be contributing towards.

On street parking available at an extra cost through Cardiff Council.
