Room for rent in Cardiff City Centre

Hi! Me (F29) and my partner (M33) are looking to rent out our spare room in our flat within Platform Apartments. Please check Platform website to see photos/more info for the gym, roof terrace and co working spaces which will all be available to you 24/7.

You will also have exclusive use of your own bathroom with a bath and shower as me and my partner have an en-suite and don’t use the main bathroom at all.

The room comes with a double bed, mattress and double wardrobe. The dressing table and grey chest of drawers in the photo do not come with the room and will have been removed when you move in.

The contract will initially be for a month and then a rolling contract on a month by month basis on both sides. Therefore will suit someone looking for a short term let.

Me and my partner are in London for work frequently so you will have the flat to yourself most of the time. We will potentially rent out the second room if we do officially move out however if a female takes the room and you feel comfortable only sharing with another female we will honour this.

All bills including broadband is included. Also use of an on-site 24 hour gym is included. Access to a roof terrace and co working space is included. There is a 24/7 staffed reception desk.

The apartment is a 5 min walk to Cardiff central station and the city centre.

Unfortunately there is no free parking however you can park outside for £10 per day. If you do have a car you are welcome to use my parking space for free whenever I’m not here which will reduce your costs a lot.
