Lovely Two-Bed Pentwyn House by A48

Hello!

I'm currently looking for a friendly female housemate to take over the other room in this lovely two bed house just 1 minute off the A48 in Penwtyn. Very close to ammenities including a Lidl, Waitrose, Chippy, B and M among others in a quiet family area.

The house has two bathrooms, a spare room, a landing storage cupboard, a laundry room, an airing cupboard and good sized paved garden.

The room is unfurnished but the old tenant has some furniture she is willing to sell/leave behind such as a wardrobe.

The rest of the house is furnished with stuff I’ve bought with our old housemates so you don't need to worry about that.

My housemate is looking to move out end of April but could also potentially go earlier if needed so the move in date can be a bit flexible.

A little about me (the boring bit first!):

I'm a professional freelance Violinist who teaches privately from home and in Bristol and travels a lot to work with different orchestras and play at events.

Due to the nature of my job I do need to practice from home. This is usually between the the hours of 10am and 9pm but not for more than 3/4 hours max (usually no more than 3). As there is nowhere else for me to do this and it is my job I am unable to accept requests to reduce noise within these hours. If you're not happy with this then please don't apply for this room. The practice needs to be broken up to prevent injury and burnout so cannot be done all at once in one or two session. It is my livelihood and there is nowhere else I can do it.

It's also worth being aware that I teach privately from home. Currently this is in the living room Monday-Wednesday evenings.

So that's the boring bit! But other than that I love to play games (video and board games) and I'm a big cat lover. I have a lovely fluffy black cat called Sylvie who is gorgeous and loves making friends. I also like to cook and do crafts. I also enjoy a good TV/film/boardgame session with housemates as well.

I'm looking for a female housemate who is friendly and easy to get on with and is happy with living with a working musician and doesn't mind Sylvie either.

Just one other thing to be aware of - I have Coeliac disease so unfortunately I would need to ask that no baking be done in the house (unless gluten free). Flour can spread easily and linger in the air for 48 hrs so it could make me ill.
