A cosy and modern house with an open plan living room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and small patio area in Grangetown.
My lovely housemate is moving so I’m looking for another friendly and tidy female professional to join me in August (available 11th)! Would love someone who enjoys making their home an inviting space that is kept very clean and is respectful of shared spaces.
The room is very light with 3 velux windows and comes furnished (the armchair in the bedroom belongs to the current tenant who is selling it for £20 if you wanted it). The house is in a great location, 10-15 minutes from Cardiff Central train station and close to the Grange Pavillion. Really close to a couple of supermarkets and restaurants and about a 20 minute walk from the retail park.
Rent is £600 + bills which are approximately £110 each (will be slightly higher in winter). Bills include council tax (band D), water, gas/electricity and internet.
I work in the third sector and am not a drinker, smoker or big party animal. I love reading, going for walks, board games and cosy movie nights. I also play netball and am trying to get into bouldering. I’m very friendly but also value my own space and would respect yours too of course.
