The flat is a cosy 2 bed attic flat in Roath with lots of shops and bakeries within walking distance. There's a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
I'm looking preferably for a working professional to share with, ideally with some common interests - it'd be nice to find someone who likes to hang out but also respects personal space/downtime, and someone who's LGBTQ+/neurodivergent-friendly.
About me, I'm 33, I run a bookshop and I like cooking, making music and running/swimming/riding my bike. The room is available from 25th July and there's a deposit of £450, the room is £480pcm and bills come to about £150 a month.
There's no garden space but the park is a 3 minute walk away, and free parking is available on nearby streets but no permit availability.
