I have just finished my 2nd year at Cardiff uni and have secured a placement in Bristol late into the year, so need someone to take my room here at 7 Llanishen Street urgently! The contract is from 1st July until the 29th June and is a 7 person house with a mix of 1st years to postgrads. Bills are included including WiFi, and is a lovely house for the price!
