Double room available to rent in friendly all female house share in an excellent location.

Room is available from 10th August but can be flexible with move-in date for any date up until 1st September. Aimee is only moving out to live with her boyfriend, therefore can be flexible ☺️

Situated very close to Wellfield Road, local amenities on your doorstep and Roath Park very close by ✨

Bedroom is located on the first floor and comes fully furnished. This includes a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, standard wardrobe, extra hanging space in wardrobe-like cupboard and a shelving unit. The house has a large open plan kitchen/living room, a bathroom, a separate dining room and a garden. We have an amazing and responsive landlord who we have a great relationship with.

Free on-street parking a few minutes walk from the property.

Bills come to around £130 per month.
