The room also comes with an allocated parking space in a secure gated car park to the rear of the property.
Bills - £700/month portion of the rent is paid directly to the landlord, and council tax is £110/month each (band F). Gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV licence typically come to £70-90 each per month.
About me - I'm a quiet and considerate housemate who works both from the flat and in a Cardiff based office during the week. Outside of work I love sport of all kinds, music and eating out.
