Hi there, I'm looking for a relaxed, easy going professional flatmate to share my apartment with for the coming year. The available room includes a double bed with mattress, underbed storage compartments, wardrobe and desk with built in drawers.
You would also have exclusive use of the spacious main bathroom in the flat, which includes both bath and shower.
The flat includes a shared lounge and dining area, kitchen and a west facing balcony which looks out onto Roath Park lake. Perfect for warm summer's evenings!
The room also comes with an allocated parking space in a secure gated car park to the rear of the property.
Bills - £700/month portion of the rent is paid directly to the landlord, and council tax is £117/month each (band F). Gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV licence typically come to £80-90 each per month.
About me - I'm a friendly and considerate housemate who works both from the flat and in a Cardiff based office during the week. Outside of work I love sport of all kinds, music and eating out.
