Attic Room/Double room available for rent

My name is Jenny currently living in a two bedroom just off Newport Road 25-30 minutes walk into town and 5-10 minutes to all the retails shops on Newport Road however my flatmate is moving out onto bigger and better things 🤣🤣 so am looking for someone to replace her. You can choose to have the double room where my friend is or my attic room am flexible.

The rent is £675 each which includes our council tax and then we pay roughly £175 for the other bills.

We are very clean girlies who love to maintain a clean, comfortable and respectful house. We love to hang out from time to time but also both enjoy our own company. So far we have been living together like family being respectful and considerate to each other, sharing food. I am looking to have the same dynamic with the new housemate. Someone who enjoys quiet nights in , ofcourse we host from time to time on weekends but we not here partying being a nuisance to neighbours at ungodly hours.

I am very easy going and love to spend my time with my family, if am not out for food or going on staycations I also tend to travel back home frequently which normally means am gone for two ,three at times even four months which means you have the house to yourself.

Am a contractor in the financial services who works fully remote and I love it 🥳🥳💃🏿💃🏿
