Large house share in Heath

Due to my current flatmate moving to London, I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a large 3 bedroom semi-detached house in the heart of Heath. The house is near Heath Hospital, so it would be ideal for a medical professional or anyone who works from home.

The room is a large double room which overlooks the garden at the rear of the house. The house is very spacious for 2 people with 2 large living rooms and an office. There is plenty of free parking at the front of the house and the street is quiet/ friendly. The room comes fully furnished as my current flatmate doesn't want to take anything with him.

I’m looking for someone who’s a good laugh but also tidy and respectful. So ideally I’d like to meet for a drink after viewing the property before making a decision.

Rent is £600 a month paid directly to the landlord. Bills are not included and are currently around £150 a month. This includes council tax, energy, water and WI-FI.

Just to make you aware you will need to meet with the landlord, provide references and provide proof of full-time employment.
