Due to my flat mate moving out, I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a 2 bedroom maisonette in the heart of Whitchurch. The maisonette is in close proximity to Velindre and Heath hospital, Whitchurch village and public transport so it would be perfect for a medical professional.

The room is a large, furnished double room which overlooks the garden and lovely views at the rear of the property. There is a spacious living room, kitchen area and balcony. There is also plenty of roadside parking outside the property.

I have 2 cats who are very friendly however, I would not accept any more pets at the property.

I’m looking for a professional who is tidy, respectful and I can get along with.

Rent is £800a month with all bills included.
