We have a bedroom available in a 3-bed houseshare in Splott. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, mirror, and blackout curtains.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac of Splott with many young professionals and young families. It's just 1.2 miles (2km) to access the city centre. There is a Lidl and range of fast food shop options within a 10 min walk of the house. Bus stop at the end of the street for a 10 min ride into the city centre or walkable in 25 mins.

Easy access parking at both the front and rear of the house (no permit required).

The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, blender, gas hob, gas oven, and airfryer etc. Everyone has their own cupboard, and separate shelf space in the fridge and freezer.

Bills all included. These bills are: electricity, water, council tax, gas, TV licence, high-speed internet.
