Looking for a mature professional ...The large room is situated at the top of a house in Canton. Shared, bathroom, kitchen and garden. The bathroom is shared with only one other person who lives in a self contained flat at the front of the property. Kitchen and garden are at the rear of the house and would be shared with the owner/occupier. There is easy access to amenities/shops on Cowbridge Road East in Canton, with plentiful buses to town and other areas. Cardiff centre is a 15 minute walk. Thomson and Victoria park are in short walking distance, as are Llandaff and Pontcanna fields. Access to the motorway (M4) via A48 or A4234 is a ten minute drive away.
The accommodation is quiet with just my self and my very friendly dog Alfie....
