Housemate for friendly female house wanted ASAP

We are looking for a female to take over a tenancy as I’m planning to move out ASAP. People considered if able to move in in the next month or two.
We've lived here since 2020 and we are looking for someone to join us who likes a wine, a movie night or a dinner together occasionally.

We are a house of healthcare professionals preferably looking for someone to join us who also works in healthcare and must be female. We ask that you are clean and contribute to keeping the house nice the house is fully furnished and we have just got a brand new tumble dryer and chest freezer.

The house is 4 bedrooms (3 double and a spare single) over three floors. We are located in a quiet residential area right next to Aldi and a 25 minute walk/10 minute cycle to the Heath Hospital with really good transport links to the city centre.

Ground floor has hallway, toilet, storage cupboard, study/living room and a large kitchen with a pantry. Our courtyard out the back gets sun most of the day.

First floor has a large living room, one room which has an en suite.

The second floor has the double room for rent which includes a bed, mattress and built in wardrobe. This floor and bathroom is shared with Rhi and it also has a spare single guest bedroom.

There is also designated car parking for 3 cars and a garage. If you are interested if you can message me a bit about yourself.

Bills are included in price energy/council tax/water/broadband and tv license
