3/5 Max Capacity Home - Looking For Tenant

We are looking for another tenant to fill one of the two rooms listed. The property is a 5 bedroom, but the landlord is maximising its occupancy to 3. This frees up lots of space in the communal areas.

We are looking for a housemate who is kind, considerate, non-judgmental, and mindful of keeping communal spaces clean after use. We are also looking for a housemate who values self-awareness, respectful communication and peace.

We don't have a schedule for weekly cleaning and designation of house chores, we generally are casual with this. But this is something we can arrange if that is something that works for you. We try to keep everything as clean as possible.

There are three floors. The first floor contains the room that is available at the back of the house. It provides a nice view of some greenery around the back of the house. Currently, the attic is being used as a storage room, and the other as an office for one of the occupiers.

The property is recently renovated.

It's about a 15 minute walk to town and there is a highstreet right nearby which has a range of shops to get all your food and drink, including Tesco round the corner.

We are two guys who generally keep to ourselves throughout the day. We work from home. One of us is due to move out of the property in the near future.

One of us occasionally plays the handpan, a metal percussion instrument. If you enjoy a peaceful and creative atmosphere, you might appreciate its presence!

We would not like any large gatherings in the home, with one to two guests at one time.
