I am looking for 3 other professionals to join me in my current house due to other housemates moving away for work. This is a great property to live in with easy access into the city centre (15/20 minute walk), public transport and on a quiet street. A corner shop is around a 2 minute walk away, with Lidl and other shops on Newport road only around a 5 minute walk.

Bedrooms are all of a good size, bright and fully furnished to a high standard with USB plugs, decorative original fireplaces and large windows.

The kitchen/diner is large, with a new oven installed this year, large American fridge/freezer and a 8kg washing machine. Great for cooking meals as a house or alone!

There is also a cosy shared living room with sofas, TV and a separate W/C on the first floor.

The garden is fully paved, a great size and a sun trap; great for having BBQ’s in the summer with plenty space for bike storage.

Our landlord is extremely responsive to any queries we have (not that we have had any!), lives locally and has some minor renovations planned for the property to ensure that it is of the highest standard for moving in. We deal directly with our landlord so avoids agency fees and the lengthy process of dealing with a third party.

I am currently working in Cardiff Bay and have lived in Cardiff for 5 years and love living in this property! I also enjoy cooking and sharing meals, going on nights out and socialising.
