Double room in central Cardiff

The room:

Decent sized double bedroom, fitted wardrobes, bedside drawers and still room for a desk if needed.

All bills included (heating/water/council tax/broadband etc).

The house:

A three bed, 19th century terrace house with a lovely kitchen/diner extension and small back garden. We’ve got everything you’d expect from a modern house including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer which you’d be welcome to use. There’s also a tv in the front room with Netflix etc.

It’s in a residents parking area, so if you drive you’re pretty much guaranteed a (nearly) city centre parking space! We’ve also got Bute Park, Sophia Gardens and the city centre on our doorstep – and we’re walking distance from Pontcanna and Canton so it’s a great place to live.

I’m Matt. I love living here in Cardiff - after two years my previous lodger is moving out at the start of September so I'm looking for someone new to move in.

I’m in my mid 40s, work in comms for a membership organisation, enjoy the occasional pint of craft beer in one of the brilliant local bars (Tiny Rebel, The Corporation, Crafty Devil), also enjoy going to the cinema.

I’m pretty laid back and hopefully you’ll be the same.

I’d prefer to share with someone working, but would consider a postgraduate/PhD/medical student.
