Short term let (1 to 6 months) in a 3 storey town house 25 minutes walk from city centre - on borders of Pontcanna and Canton a very safe area.
Kitchen, double bedroom (at back of house) and new a large shared bathroom included. No lounge. Seating in kitchen to eat.
Owner lives in the house for 2 weekends a month (and brings small spaniel dog for this time). One friendly female aged 25 lives in house all of the time.
It’s a quiet and really comfortable place to relax after working/ studying all day. No parties allowed.
5 mins walk to Llandaff Fields, 5 mins walk to all trendy bars and coffee shops in Pontcanna, 5 mins walk from Chapter Arts Centre with cinema/bar/exercise classes, 10 mins walk from Cowbridge Road East with nail bars, Tesco, hairdressers, Boots, banks, etc.
Great transport links. Buses 17 and 18 to city centre 8 mins walk, bus 61 to city centre 5 mins walk. Bus takes 10 mins to drive into city centre.
Of course, no smoking. Unable to store bike - can be locked in front garden at own risk.
Fortnightly reliable rubbish collection.
