Double bedroom in spacious flat

This is a spacious flat with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Features included are your own bathroom, a parking space, and a shared balcony in the living room. The flat came unfurnished so the furniture is all my own, there is a sofa, television and tables and chairs. You will have a mattress but will need to get a bedframe and other bedroom furnishings. Rent is increasing to 625 each from October, bills not included. I would prefer to share with an LGBT occupant. Pictures to be posted Tuesday.
