2 Double Rooms in Canton house

2 double bedrooms available in the heart of Canton. My partner and I (plus our cat) live in the house as live-in landlords, and we are looking for 2 more people to move in. The house has been recently refurbished top to bottom, and has a shared living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom plus a courtyard garden. We can offer space for storing bicycles inside. Car parking is on the street with a permit.

The house is on a quiet street but very close to Cowbridge Road East as well as Chapter Arts Centre, The Corp and The Laundry Quarter. There are plenty of bus stops near us that take you into the centre, we are near the start of the dedicated cycle route into the centre, and it is a few minutes walk to Ninian Park train station.



All household bills including council tax and broadband are included. We will have a professional cleaner come in regularly (also included in the cost). Both bedrooms are available with or without a bed (the prices shown assume the bed is provided, a lower rent can be discussed if you have your own furniture).

We would consider couples as well as individuals, and we are looking for a maximum of 2 more people so if you are a couple then the other bedroom could be used as a spare room & shared office space.

We also keep an allotment in Bute Park which housemates would be welcome to use to grow fruit and veg.

We are both creative professionals who work regularly from home. We are non-smokers, and have a cat.

Rear bedroom, single occupancy - £650 pcm
Either bedroom, double occupancy - £1100 pcm
