1 Double Room in Canton house

1 double bedroom available in the heart of Canton. My partner and I (plus our cat) live in the house as live-in landlords, plus one existing housemate, and we are looking for 1 more person to move in. The house has been recently refurbished top to bottom, and has a shared living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom plus a courtyard garden. We can offer space for storing bicycles inside. Car parking is on the street with a permit.

Bedroom comes furnished with a bed and some storage (not shown in the photos at the moment).

The house is on a quiet street but very close to Cowbridge Road East as well as Chapter Arts Centre, The Corp and The Laundry Quarter. There are plenty of bus stops near us that take you into the centre, we are near the start of the dedicated cycle route into the centre, and it is a few minutes walk to Ninian Park train station.



All household bills including council tax and broadband are included. We will have a professional cleaner come in regularly (also included in the cost).

We also keep an allotment in Bute Park which housemates would be welcome to use to grow fruit and veg.

We are both creative professionals who work regularly from home. We are non-smokers, and have a cat.
