King size room to rent in Penylan, Cardiff

I’ve got a beautiful king size room at the front of the house ready for a new housemate. The room has bay windows, built in wardrobes and views of the Waterloo Gardens across the road. The new housemate will be moving in with two young professionals- a 32 year old female (myself) and my current housemate (29 y/o female). I have two cats, named Diego and Olive, who are indoor / outdoor cats. They love playing in the garden, dinner time and cuddles. I’ve recently had a new kitchen installed and have redecorated the garden, along with some of the communal rooms. The house has views of Waterloo Gardens, and is within a 10 minute walk from Roath Rec and a 20 min walk to Roath Lake. We’re a 10 min walk to Wellfield Road, a 30 minute walk into town, and a 10 minute walk to Newport road shops.

I’m happy to consider short term rentals, as well as the longer one. The price for the shorter rentals - less than whole months - will be adjusted accordingly and this will be communicated openly. The monthly rent for couples will be £1200.
