Double room in central Cardiff

Hope you’re doing well🐈‍⬛ I’m looking for someone to take over my previous housemates room. It’s a double room £500+bills (usually around £150) in Adamsdown, which is 25min walk to central Cardiff or there are some bus stops around (but I never used cuz prefer having a small walk). There are big shops like Aldi and Homebargains 10min walk away, Tesco and some other shops 5min walk away. I got a cat called Sunday, she’s only 2 years so sometimes in her rebel era, but most of the time calm and very affectionate🥰 So I’d love to find someone who is respectful, loves cats and wouldn’t mind living with a pet. I work at a bar and study fashion design so I’m at work and uni a lot, or at home studying. I love cooking and baking, also do yoga every week and enjoy hiking and traveling! Hoping to find not only a housemate but a friend too🫶🏻 It’s a 2 bedroom terraced house so it definitely wouldn’t be too crowded and would be chill :) Let me know if you’re interested!🫶🏻
