Fully furnished double room available in a maisonette flat in Atlantic Wharf.

I’m moving out because of a job offer so looking for someone to take on my room for the remaining 6 months of the lease. You’d be living with 3 other guys, sharing a joint kitchen/living room area as well as 2 bathrooms on either floor of the flat. Very laid back household who are happy to socialise in the common areas but also very respectful of each other’s privacy. The lease expires at the end of March 2025.

Really convenient location with only a 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of town and Cardiff Central Station. It’s also a similar distance walk to Cardiff Bay.

Bills not included. But rent, council tax, electricity, water and WiFi comes to about £500 pm.
