It’s a 3 bed house in Canton, perfect location right inbetween of Victoria and Thompson Park.
We do like to party and have friends over/go out but also love chilling and creating a nice relaxed environment so looking someone who’s also on that vibe.
The rent and bills are separate, rent is £466.66 the bills total to £116.34, total totalling to £583, the bills may fluctuate but never but much.
The room was unfurnished when we moved in but we’ve added our own furniture that can be removed if you don’t want it. The room already has a bed and mattress, black wardrobe, a mirror and a rail.
