Room is L shaped so in addition to the room, one part of the room has a sofa (sofabed) and flatscreen tv.

Other Housemates: 3 other housemates, all working professionals. All hardworking, no one works from home and all get on well but also enjoy their own space. Housemates are active (enjoy the gym). Tenants clean as they go and house is very clean in general. Everyone very respectful of each other in the house.
