Sadly I'm moving out of my house in Llandaff, and a double room will be available with two wonderful housemates until the end of the tenancy on January 29th, 2025.

**About the Room:**
- Cozy double room with a small double bed, chest of drawers, storage unit, and a rail rack.
- The furniture is mine, but I’m more than happy to leave it for your use until the tenancy ends.

- Located just a few minutes' walk from Thompson’s Park and a 5-10 minute walk to Llandaff Fields.
- Upstairs, there’s a spare room we use as an office space, perfect if you work from home.
- Shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen.
- Close proximity to shops, corner stores, cafes, and restaurants. Also near the cute cafes and brunch spots in Pontcanna!

**Housemates:**
- You'll be living with two lovely 23-year-old professionals who enjoy cooking, watching TV and spending time together, while also respecting each other's space.

**Costs:**
- Council tax is £74/month and bills average around £70/month.
