The room available from April 2024 onwards in a great converted Victorian house in Roath, Cardiff. The room is in a 2 bedroom apartment which is one of 3 fantastic apartments (one apartment per floor so you would be sharing the apartment with just one person). the room is £195 per week. on the 2nd / top floor sharing with 1 male. there are other friendly people in the other apartments if your feeling socialable, with a lovely garden, decking, seating and summer bbq area with lawn , high ceilings, original features and modern kitchens.

It's only 20 minutes walk to town (10-15 mins walk to university buildings and train station) and a few minutes to some really nice parks and lakes in Roath. The rooms come with double beds and great quality wardrobes, draws, desk, (extra sofa's in the larger rooms) and matching furniture. There is also a great size garden with patio, large lawn and outside chairs loungers for chilled evenings, all lit in glowing solar lights by night. The property benefits from sky tv (virgin), 2 superfast wireless broadband hubs and a complimentary Netflix account plus a cleaner once per week.

The bills are included in the rent including TV license, gas (with cap), electricity (with cap), water, council tax, broadband and sky/virgin TV with TiVo and Netflix and also a cleaner once a week, the cleaning contract includes things like cleaning products so you always know what you are paying.
(please note: there is a maximum cap on the gas £50 per month & elec £50 per month per apartment - anything extra you would have to top up on those)

The people are all friendly working professionals (mix of male and female) with a nice mix of jobs. Because it is 3 separate apartments (each with own bathroom and kitchen) but still within one larger property, it is the perfect set-up for people who need peace and quiet at times but also like to have the option of meeting and socialising with others in the house. The communal garden is perfect for BBQ's and garden drinks etc.

(Most rooms are also plenty big enough for a couple, please add £40 per week (£160 per month) if there are two of you living together in one room.)

The room currently available is £190pw has a large window looking over garden desk, double bed, wardrobe, coffee table and draws, sofa. This is a great room so If you are interested please get in touch asap as this room goes extremely fast and is available for Viewings Friday sat and Sunday april onwards free to move in straight away.
