The home is close to the Student Union and Park Place university campus, and is a half an hour walk from the train station. In a lovely area with many different food stores surrounding the home. A lot of popular spots in Cardiff are nearby.

The current 3 tenants are very friendly and easy to talk to. Two girls, one boy - All three are in their final year of university. Rent is £455 a month without bills. The room is for one single person. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside the home.

The room includes a double bed, 3 shelves, a desk, a desk chair, a wardrobe, a window and a dresser. The window has both curtains and blinds, and the room can be locked from within.
