Hello,
I am a student in Cardiff and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the 2024/25 academic year. I stayed at Lumis during the 2023/24 academic year and had a great experience—both the facilities and staff were excellent, and I have no complaints. Since I no longer need the room, I am hoping to find a student who might be interested in taking over the tenancy. For context, the only available studios currently listed on the Lumis website are Premium Studios, priced at £202 per week. You can verify this information by visiting the Lumis Student Living Cardiff website. However, my Standard Studio, which offers the same facilities, is priced at just £165 per week.
