Double bedroom in clean and friendly house

After several years of happy home sharing, one of our current housemates is relocating abroad for work, and leaving our lovely Llandaff home. As a result, we have a bedroom available from mid September.

We are Monica, David and Alex, a clean, friendly and fun bunch of professionals in our thirties. Every now and then we enjoy having a discussion over a glass of wine, cooking a spontaneous dinner, watching a new episode on Netflix, or going out for a picnic. We are easy-going, respectful, and we keep the house both clean and joyful :-)

Three-story Victorian house. The bedroom available is on the first floor and has a double bed, wardrobe, and room for a desk in front of the window. In terms of communal space, there is a cosy living-room and a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridges, microwave and oven. There are two full bathrooms on the first and second floor.

Rent with all the bills included (council tax band F, water, energy, internet) amounts to £440 - £450 per month.
