Double room available in two bedroom apartment

Hi there,

I have this stunning flat at the heart of cardiff city centre that i am willing to share with cooperative and responsible flatmate.

The apartment has two double beds ,two bathrooms and two sided balcony. The rent is 1300 pm which we split 650 each (bills not included).

A bit about me- i am postgraduate law student coming back to cardiff after my internship, was last minute decision 😂. I am tidy ,clean person who likes his own space, as i do like to socialize as well from time to time but not a fan of partying.

I am looking for a flatmate to share the first room in the flat who is clean and importantly tidy , who is focused and not a party animal. I am not looking for a person who just i live with, we can be friends :). I do enjoy a chat over a coffee or watching a film or gigs when i am free. I would like to share with either postgrads or professionals.

I am down for a chat or video call before any further steps, so hit me up of you feel you are a good fit. Spare room wont allow me to upload more photos but can provide full video tour of the flat upon request.
