I need to move to Bristol ASAP so looking for someone to take over my tenancy. Landlord requires references from an employer and a previous landlord and a credit check.

It's a building but you have your own entrance doors, allocated parking with flat number. Bushes are getting trimmed every few months and there are big garbage bins in specific area. Very clean and tidy and 95% of the time quiet. Lots f nature around and 24/7 ASDA is 10 minutes walking away or 3 minutes driving. Bus station is 1 minute away with 132 bus or 6 minutes walking with 23 or 21. Train station is 8 minutes walking away and goes directly to city center.

There's a little patio and you do have like a balcony doors, once both of them open, it's great in summer to let fresh air in. Lots of light in the flat as it's on ground floor.

Medium hallway, then you go straight in the bathroom with a tub and shower - another door lead to kitchen which isn't small at all - then there's a big open space which lets you rearrange things how ever it suits you.

I have wardrobe, sofa, table, dining table and 2 chairs, bed with memory foam mattress - I can either leave it all but will need to decide the price so it can be furnished flat or I will try to sell if you prefer fully unfurnished.

Not sure on exact date of availability but I can do viewings and we can chat and decide when it's suitable. Viewings available from 9th of October.
