We are looking for a new arriving postgraduate student housemate to join this household next week.

We were going to be 4 female students about to arrive from India but one girl has dropped out, we negotiated this contract on the basis of 4 females living together and are now looking for a replacement female on the same basis.

We will consider male applicants but at this stage they will not be our first choice of housemate.
Also note that none of us has met each other face to face so you would be joining a new group of friendly open people hoping to make new friends in their new city!

This is a 4 bed house in a great location for Cardiff University Business School, Maindy and Park Place, Heath Park Campuses plus its good for CMET at Llandaff too.
There's 1 shared bathroom, an extra loo downstairs, kitchen diner, 4 bedrooms.

Bills are reasonable but all are managed by the housemates. The gas and electric are pay as you go - so the cost depend on usage - if you are sensible then you'll be paying £40 per person per month. But the contract requires that you heat the house adequately. You can't economise on warmth. No council tax for students but its Band G.

To be considered for this house you need to have excellent communication skills and be prepared to take full shared responsibility for the running of your home.

We have co-operative values here, there's no shirking or avoiding responsibility! We expect a clean organised household at all times. We'll all be postgraduate students so there's no partying (except maybe on our birthdays!)
We have space for bicycles and the Taff Trail runs just behind the house - minutes from Llandaff.

We are very experienced and hands on landlords, we get know all our tenants well and have a very nice community locally in North Road.
