Large Premium En Suite room at The West Wing

I'm looking for a student to take over an 11 month tenancy agreement for a lovely big en suite room complete with double bed. It's in the very central West Wing halls of residence and 15-20 minutes walk from Central Cardiff and the Univ of Cardiff, for example, so you'll save lots of money on transport. There's a big very new-feeling shared kitchen with a sitting room area and my daughter says her existing flatmates have been great. This room in a much sought after private halls of residence is only available because she received a last minute offer of a room in university halls in a suburban area in the north of Cardiff which was her preference.
