Housemate wanted from 30th October 2024
My current housemate is moving out which is why I'm looking for someone to move in, the house is lovely and in an ideal location so I'm keen to stay.
The room available currently has one single bed (the photo has two but one has been removed) but I'm sure we could replace it and put a double in there.
Kitchen is a decent size with a dishwasher included and lots of cupboard space. There's a small outdoor area to hang laundry etc.
Situated very close to Llandaff Fields and Bute Park, and plenty of amenities close by.
I work from home 3 days a week usually, but work in my bedroom. Professionals preferred.
Council tax band D.
