House in great situation. Local access to many amenities including shops, chemist, restaurants, takeaways, pubs, coffee shops and a lovely Italian deli 5 min walk away. Bus stop right outside house regular buses to City Centre, train station 10 min walk (Heath High Level- takes 5 mins to Cardiff Queen St another 5 to Central Station). University Hospital Wales 5 minute walk. 2 minute walk to Heath park with all of its facilities - lovely walks, tennis courts, 5 aside pitch etc. Very close to cycle route into Cardiff city centre route can be almost exclusively through parkland. Roath Park also very close.

Great location for both getting into town , on to A48 towards M4 and going north on A470 towards Brecon etc.

Working full-time Professional sometimes working from home. Family home but daughters have now moved out. Laid back and flexible as to lodgers requirements/preferences.
