Need someone to take over tendency!

Friendly Student house share In Cathays (CF24 4AT)
5 minute walk to the Cathays train station
13 minutes walk to USW
3 minute walk to Tesco express and various shops!

There are 11 people in the house ( if you exclude me) and You’ll be taking over room one :)!
(Tendency ends on the 25th may)
Room is very spacious
With a double bed
wardrobe
Desk and chair

There’s a nice back garden, multiple bathrooms for each floor
And multiple kitchens.

Utility Bills aren’t included but they are fixed
(£16.00 a week for electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, water)

Need someone to take over this tenancy as I will be moving into another place with a friend of mine and also some personal issues. Other than that the place is quite nice!
