We are looking for a student to take over a tenancy agreement for a lovely big en suite room complete with double bed. There are 48 weeks on the contract left but we are happy to discuss contract transfer terms if that is an issue - to help meet your budget. It's in the very central West Wing halls of residence and 15-20 minutes walk from Central Cardiff and the University of Cardiff, for example, so you'll save lots of money on transport. There's a big very new-feeling shared kitchen with a sitting room area and my daughter says her existing flatmates have been great. This room, in a much sought after, private halls of residence is only available because she received a last minute offer of a room in university halls which was her preference. The West Wing team have been great too, and will make you very welcome as they did my daughter.
