University Halls Room Offer

Hi, I'm looking to move out of University Halls and need a new tenant to replace me. It's one of the cheapest student accoms in the beautiful area of Roath. I'm looking to move out on about the 6th October to the 10th, meaning you'll have the place for 38 to 39 weeks and be paying 129.29 a week. Its a shared bathroom accom with 2 toilets and 2 showers which are kept very clean by the cleaners and the flatmates. It also has access to a bike shed, laundry and other amenities that are listed on the website if you search "University Halls Cardiff". It has a free dedicated bus that takes you to Heath Park and Cathays campuses which runs throughout the day up until 5 or 6 ish pm. Bills are included and wifi is free (with ethernet).
