Looking for people to take over my tenancy starting 1st November 2024.
A UK based guarantor is preferred, however discussions around this can be taken up with the landlord in due course. The landlord does wish for the first and last months rent in advance.
The rent stated is no inclusive of bills.
The house is in a great location with a bus stop 2 mins away, Lidl is a 15 min walk away and Cardiff uni is in close proximity also.
There is parking available in front of the house which you need a permit for.
