Double bedroom available in Pontcanna/Canton house

We have a large double bedroom available in a completely renovated and furnished 3 bedroom house situated on a desirable Pontcanna street with Outpost, Ground and Brod at either end of the street along with many other conveniences (pubs, shops, parks etc…) a short walk away. Cardiff city centre is also only a 20 min walk away.

We are looking for a young professional (aged 21-30) to move into the final room. The house is currently occupied by two female young professionals (aged 22 and 26).

Rent - £750pcm incl. all bills (wifi, gas, electricity, water and council tax)
Info - large double room located at the front of the house. The room will come with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

My name is Livvie and I am a primary school teacher working in schools in and around Cardiff. I am a sociable person, who enjoys going to pubs and cafes, going for walks, cooking etc… I would be keen to get housemates who enjoy doing the same things! There may also be occasional visits from 2 small cocker spaniels so liking dogs is important!

Housemate 2:
Hi my name is Gemma, I am 22 years old and work for a mental health charity. When I am not baking in the kitchen, you’ll find me at the gym or at a pilates class!
