The rent is already paid until this period so you will have to pay the rest until January. The contract is under 44 weeks agreement to pay in 4 instalments. The studio is very spacious and equipped with every appliance needed. Situated on floor 7. There are 2 lifts in the hallway including staircase. The window is situated at the front of the building to admire Cardiff Bay. Very close to Saint’s David’s Centre and 10 min walk (max) to Cardiff Met University and 25 min walk to Cardiff University. Closest supermarket is Co-op and Tesco.
